Coffee & Chocolate Brioche

This might the most grown-up bread we’ve made. It’s all about that balance. We use real freshly brewed filter coffee, but just enough. Too much would be bitter. The dark chocolate chips are meant to complement a gently sweetened brioche; not draw attention to itself. It’s a best supporting actress. The Diva here is the Brioche itself; a texture that makes you want to tear strands off and chew them with a far-away stare. Be warned. It’s addictive.

Made only with Wheat Flour, Butter, Eggs, Sugar, Milk, Dark Chocolate, Coffee, Vanilla, Salt, Baker’s Yeast.
